Brian, There is a ice guide on the icemaker that you will need to carefully remove without breaking the tabs. Once this is removed grab the opening and pull straight out on the dispenser face and it will pop off. Then to get to the cap assembly you will remove the funnel housing by removing the screws and will have access to the dispenser cap.
