Larry, You will want to check the evaporator in the freezer and see what the frost pattern is like. The frost pattern should be a full even frost pattern from top to bottom front to back. If the frost pattern is not like this then this would be a sealed system issue and will need service.

Larry, Check and make sure the freezer drawer closes and seals especially along the bottom. Hold the freezer light door switch in and listen/feel for the freezer evaporator motor to run and move the air. Remove the drawer bins and check the back wall/evaporator cover for a build up of frost or ice on the wall, you may have a freezer defrost issue.

Larry, you have several areas you can look at, check for a frost build up on the back of the freezer panel, this would indicate a defrost issue. Look at the circulation fans, they should be running and moving air from the freezer to the refrigerator. Is the compressor running or stopping intermittently?

Kent, You will want to check to see if there is power going to the inverter board on the unit and if there is then this will be an issue with the inverter and need to be replaced otherwise it will most likely be the main control board.
