Sarah May 14, 2012 for Model Number WM1812CW My washing machine started to leak. I realized there was a gash out of the bottom of the rubber that makes the seal between the machine and the door window. (The piece I'm referring to looks like a huge O-ring that seals the window against the machine. It is gray in color, rubber in texture). Without it, I can't do the laundry. Do you know the name of the piece, and can I order it from you?
