Matt January 16, 2016 for Model Number 721.80523500 I am looking for a magnetron to replace LG 2M246 310GF in my Kenmore microwave. Does your company have a replacement?
1 Answer Matt, Unfortunately the manufacturer has discontinued the magnetron 6324W1A001M. We would not be able to advise on one that would work due to the wattage needed for different magnetrons. Read More...

Terry Mashford November 15, 2012 for Model Number LG - MS3443AS I have a LG microwave with a magnetron 2M246 - 050GF - C04K - 116672, But when I check against your 2M246 it said not for my unit, do all codes need to be the same that are on the magnetron?
1 Answer Hello Terry, based on the numbers off of your original magnetron, part# TJ10QBP1006 will work for your application. This may not reflect on the cross reference because sometimes all models will not be listed. The part has been superceded a few times and the link to specific models can be lost but this should be the one you need based on the numbers you provided. Hope this helps! Read More...
Tony November 10, 2012 for Model Number 721.80523500 I have a kenmore microwave that the magnetron went out on. The part number is: 6324W1A001M (the side reads LG 2M246 310GF C06A-016738). Is there a replacement part because no one has this one in stock anymore?
1 Answer Hi Tony, The closest I could come with the same mounting style and rating was part# 10QBP1008. The only difference is the body is just slightly bigger and I'm not sure it would fit in your mounting location but you might try it. Functionally, it would be the same part but we only show one left in stock. Hope this helps! Read More...
1 Answer Jerry, we do not have the information off the magnetron itself available. However, searching your appliance model number the magnetron part number 6324W1A001M is the correct replacement part used on your unit. Thanks! Read More...
Kathy July 25, 2011 for Model Number 721.80523500 The microwave still operates but is not heating the food at all.
1 Answer Hello Kathy. You will need to test the magnetron 6324W1A001M and see if it is good. With the meter set on Rx1 you should read less than 1 ohm with the wires disconnected. Also test the diode 6021W3B001V. It should only read in one direction. Test the sensor assembly 6501W1A013A if both the magnetron and diode are good. It should read closed for continuity. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
