Bill June 12, 2011 for Model Number LG Washer WM2496H*M Have been getting the error EE. Was able to get the error to go away by removing the power and waiting a few minutes now that doesn't work. Looking at various web pages they said that it the thermistor part # 6322FR2046F or C is bad. Your site shows out of stock on it. when will you get them in and how do I change it?
1 Answer Hello Bill. It looks like a thermistor error for your unit would actually be TE. The EE error is typically an Eeprom error. This can usually be resolved by replacing the control board 6871ER2089A. I hope this info helps! Read More...

Tony April 21, 2011 for Model Number LG front loader washer WM2050C* Drain pump is not coming on. Don't think its getting power. Do not hear the click of a relay before the pump turns on.
1 Answer Hello Tony. You will need to check and see if the pump 4681EA2001T is getting power. If it getting power, but is not running, you will need to replace the pump. If it is not getting power, you may have a bad PCB assembly EBR43249701. The only way to be sure of the power issue is to test it with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.htm Read More...
