Ed March 24, 2019 for Model Number WF448AAP/XAA the door lock indicator on my Samsung washer is always on and it clicks like it is trying to unlock the door even though it's already unlocked. After a few clicks the door locked error is displayed. Replaced the door lock assembly and that didn't fix the issue. Is it the PCB Main (DC92-00133A) or the control board (DC92-00130A) that would be the problem?

Dom May 07, 2018 for Model Number WF448AAP/XAA I currently am having issues with my washer stopping mid way through different cycles and than showing a "check pump filter error" with the drum not draining. I dismantled the pump and housing , tested the pump in the test mode and everything works fine no clogs etc. The pump works intermittently but runs continuously on test mode. I ordered a new control board to help further diagnose the issue since I believe the pump relay is not communicating with the pump correctly. Question is, the required main board is DC92-00133A, however it appears DC92-00133B is the new replacement for this particular model. Can you confirm this is true and that the "B" version will in fact work with this model. Thanks!

Donald October 28, 2017 for Model Number wf448aap/xaa I keep getting a "ND" no draining error on the washer. I have replaced the whole pump set including the coin basket. A repair man felt this after our replacing the drain pump didn't fix the problem and his testing the board--power intermittently seems to go from the board. He said if we were to do it ourselves, to be sure we got the correct version of the control board; ours apparently has "software version 0" according to him. Your site suggests DC92-00133A is the correct board. Does this part also have the correct software version? Is this the one we need, and will it need any programing or is it truly something I just need to plug in?
