Rob, Being that you're in the UK / Europe we are unable to research your parts needs being in the USA. You will need to contact the manufacturer or the dealer for any parts you may need, the voltage system is a bit different there than here (230 VAC/50Hz). It's very likely that the fill valve is the problem, but you do want to check and make sure you're supplying water to the water valve at a rate of 30-35 PSI, and all the fittings are good and tight. Low water pressure, and air leaks at the connections can and do cause the fill valve to react incorrectly and allow the water system to "drip" or close slowly. Thanks,
