If I manually fill the IM with water, it will freeze and dump. But not refill. The water dispenser continues to work correctly. You will need to contact the manufacturer or the dealer for any parts you may need, the voltage system is a bit different there than here (230 VAC/50Hz). It's very likely that the fill valve is the problem, but you do want to check and make sure you're supplying water to the water valve at a rate of 30-35 PSI, and all the fittings are good and tight.
