Hello Michael, those #'s mean it's a 1/4" bolt, has 28 threads per inch and is 3 1/4" long.

Hello Gail, The part number for the complete installation hardware package is DE92-90505G. If you need the screws that run down into the top of the microwave they are DE60-20066A. If you need the lag bolts that secure the units' bracket to the wall you will need DE60-10111A. If you need the drywall screws that secure the units' bracket to the wall they are DE60-20022A and the anchors are DE60-30022A.
