Joe August 13, 2022 for Model Number WF220ANW Hello, My washer completed a wash cycle and the door is locked with all the laundry inside. I drain any leftover water from the drum, let the washer to cool down and turn off and on the washer control panel several times (the control panel operates normal) without any luck to open the door. It looks like to me that the Samsung door lock assembly DC64-02032A is malfunction and need to be replaced. I found a good video on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o9t2zSe0IV4 that demonstrates how to release Samsung washer stuck front load door by hand and without power, but unfortunately, it is a different washer model and different door lock assembly than the one installed in WF220ANW. Please advise urgently how to release the door lock by hand, so I will able to take out the laundry before moving to repair the problem. Thank you, Joe

Debra March 28, 2018 for Model Number WF210ANW/XAA Samsung washer said nd. Didn't drain. When turned on doesn't even do pre-drain. Silence then door locks, drum turns to even load,fills,washes,then won't drain. I have replaced the drain pump. No luck. What next?
1 Answer Hello Debra, You will need to check the drain hoses and outer tub for clogs. Also, need to check for 120Vac to the drain pump motor.
