Joey C July 16, 2019 for Model Number DV40J3000GW/A2 My Samsung Dry ' DV40J3000GW/A2' is not drying properly, cloths are still damp after the cycle. I suspect the humidity sensor may not be working properly, Watching your how-to video, It shows 3 screws to remove from the cover. However, Looking at my dryer it only has 1 bottom screw. Can the cover still be able to remove and how? When ordering do I have to order a pair? Is the price for one or two? hank you for your help.
1 Answer Joey, It would be recommended to check the venting of the unit to make sure that there is no restriction in airflow. Check from the blower wheel to the outside of the home. This is most likely going to be the issue with the unit. You would need to remove the screw holding the cover in place and remove it to replace these bars but also try cleaning with rubbing alcohol first. These only come one per package. Read More...
