Daniel R. Blakeman July 14, 2017 for Model Number ne594roabbb GLASS TOP STOVE The first stove top burner switch to the left of the stove showed a spark and popping noise. Then the stove stopped working completely. Unplugged the stove, checked the beaker and reset it. Nothing works at all on the stove now. Lifted the stove top and checked for burned areas on burner, nothing. Looked at the back of switch to the left and doesn't show signs of heat or burns. Does the switches go out often on this range? Will the stove stop working completely because of a bad switch, or would this be more of the mother board problem? Thank you for your answer. Dan
1 Answer Daniel, This issue would not be caused by a control board but you will want to check the power supply coming to the switches with all of them not working at all. The switch for the left front will need to be replaced. Read More...
