Dennis February 07, 2021 for Model Number RF267AERS/XAA-0001 The freezer drawer handle on left side broke and according to Samsung the parts are no longer available and there is nothing they can or will do to help fix this problem. Seems inconceivable that they would not have some sort of fix for this issue. Have you any suggestions or ideas or maybe a secret supply of these parts.

Lynne July 27, 2018 for Model Number Samsung SHS-H705 I'm missing the "handle shaft spring" for my Samsung digital door lock (for the front door). Samsung can't help me. Is there an equivalent part for a Samsung appliance? It's simply a clip to hold the handle shaft of the door lock in place. Thank you

1 Answer Nikki, It sounds like you will need to get a new door handle if the hand popped off since it is normally screwed into place, it sounds like the clips may have broken. Nick August 23, 2015 for Model Number RFG298HDRS/XAA-0000 My freezer door handle broke off. It appears that a white plastic sleeve snapped inside the stainless steel door handle. I have been able to remove the broken piece, end cap, etc but can find the part number for the piece that holds the silver sleeve to secure the set screw.
Buzz May 29, 2015 for Model Number RF31FMEDBSR/AA-0001 Opened the roll out freezer this morning and the handle came off on the left side. Have the Phillips head "bolt" that holds the handle on but can not figure out how to reattach the handle to the bolt that screws into the spring loaded bracket. I know I can reattach it myself but there is a secret to it and I just can not figure out what it is.. i.e. I can't put the screw into the bracket because then I can't access the "bolt" to tighten it. oh pleas help. frustrations.
1 Answer Buzz, You will want to make sure that the bolt is tightened as far as it will go. You will want to slide the handle over the bolt and then look at the bottom of the handle and there should be a set screw that you would need to tighten down in order to get the handle to stay on.
