The Oven Igniter is an OEM part for Samsung ranges. It is responsible for igniting the gas to create a flame that heats the oven cavity for cooking.

A bad oven igniter can be caused by wear and tear over time, electrical issues, or damage. When the igniter malfunctions, it can result in a range of problems, such as the oven not reaching the desired temperature, uneven heating, or the inability to ignite the gas.

Symptoms of a bad oven igniter include:

  • Oven not reaching the desired temperature
  • Uneven heating of food
  • Gas smell without ignition
  • Igniter glowing but no flame

Replace your faulty oven igniter with this genuine OEM part to restore your range oven. This Samsung part can also be used on Kenmore/Sears appliances.
