This OEM part is sold individually and is a relay control board for ovens. An oven relay control board is a circuit board that receives signals from the main oven control board. The relay control board then relays the signal to regulate the oven's essential functions. If the oven is no longer turning on, heating properly, or regulating its temperature, it might be time for a new relay board. Luckily, replacing this part is not a difficult process. To replace the relay board make sure the oven is unplugged. Gain access to the upper back panel on the back of the range and remove the screws. Once the panel is removed access the relay board, and remove the wire harness as well as any individual wires attached to the old board. Make sure to take note of the orientation of the wires. Replug the wires into their correct terminals on the new board and snap the new board back in place. Resecure the upper back panel. This genuine replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Samsung brand ovens.

For Samsung Oven Relay Control Board (Part Number: OEM21056610)

Gm for Model Number ERD36SCH/NG

I've got a Dacor range Model #ERD36SCH/NG duel fuel. The baking element no longer heats up. No fault codes yet. (do they show up automatically?) No power to the element when turned on and the Ohm meter reads 13.2 with one lead disconnected. Convection bake works fine and there is no DC power at the ERC between J2 pins 1 and 3. I'm thinking its the relay board. My question is, how do I know for sure? Its a 14 y/o Dacor and I'd hate to throw $300-400 at if that's not the problem (If I can find a board!) G

GM, With the bake element not getting power check the wiring between the bake element and the relay board and if the wiring is good then this would be a relay board issue.

Elm for Model Number mcs130s oven

No light on panel but oven lights work. no heat or fan on for oven. relay board, power no power indication at relay k2, k3,k7,k5,;power at k12, k11,k4 and DLB but no output power at L1 and this relay (?) is hot (100 degrees) .there is no power on the orange wire, yellow wire or blue wire; brown wire at dlrk has no power, no power at E15 E14 grey wire. there is power at L2 to L2 to L2 To L1. I could replace this board but am unable to tell if it would require replacement of the control board. the CB appears to have no burns on it, It also looks tike I could get replacement relays. There is continuity for all three elements and the high limit switch. any suggestions, comments would be appreciated. the whole thing stopped while my wife was broiling in the oven,

Elm, With there being power to the relay board but no power going out then this would be a faulty relay board that will need to be replaced.

Schwarfa, the relay board is responsible for relaying power to the clock/display control as well as the oven elements while the control is responsible for "communicating" information to the relay board on what relays to activate. If you access the control and test pin 14 and 15 at the connection coming from the relay board, you should have 24VAC coming from the relay board. If there is 24VAC, then you would replace the clock control. If there is not 24VAC, then you would check the wiring harness and if the wiring is good, you will want to replace the relay board.

Francis, This issue would most likely be caused by a faulty relay control board. Unfortunately we do not have any service manuals for this but should be just a couple of screws under the control to remove it.

Trent, check input voltage to the light transformer at the primary side across terminal 1and 5. Should read 240 volts. If you do not have 240 volts across 1 and 5, check wiring back to the terminal block. If there is 240 volts present at 1 and 5 go to step 2. 2. Check voltage at the light transformer on the secondary side across terminal 6 and 8. Should read 12 volts. If you do not have 12 volts present at terminal 6 and 8 replace the light transformer. If you do have voltage present go to step 3. 3. Check voltage from the main relay board at terminal N which is left of OL1 relay. Should have 12 volts present at n all the time. If you do not have 12 volts present recheck previous steps. 4 Check voltage at OL1 on the main relay for 12 volts after the relay closes. If no voltage replace the relay board.

Mark, As long as the board is sitting on the clips it should not cause any issue if you do not push it down.

Hello Robert. Heating Mode High Temperature - This error will occur when the control board (clock) senses a runaway heat condition or when the temperature exceeds runaway limits. This error, along with a beeping, will continue until 'cancel' is selected. If the error repeats, check the oven sensor and wiring, as well as for a stuck relay. It sounds like your relay board may be the issue. If error stops after you replace it, make sure the oven will complete a clean cycle with no further errors.
