Brennan September 01, 2013 for Model Number WF350ANW/XAA I received a LO code on my Samsung front loader washing machine and I was unable to open the door. After some investigating I was able to open the door by pulling on the emergency release tab, however I noticed that my door lock switch is cracked. Will replacing this switch fix my LO code and enable me to open my washer door without using the emergency release tab?

Christine July 21, 2013 for Model Number wf330anb/xaa We just pulled the door lock assembly out of our wf330anb/xaa samsung front load machine, number on the part is dw-dl72. But when I type in the washing machine model number for compatibility on your site it states that this part is not compatible. How can that be true if thats the part we took out of it?

I don't see any reference anywhere that the DC34-00024B has been replaced by DC64-00519B - Please explain. Thanks for your help!
