This factory fastener secures appliance panels, brackets, and internal components so everything stays aligned and quiet. Replacing a missing or damaged screw restores a tight fit and helps reduce vibration, rattles, and wear.

  • Fastens metal or plastic parts to the cabinet/frame
  • Maintains alignment of covers, ducts, housings, and brackets
  • Replace if the head is stripped, threads are worn, or hardware is missing
  • Symptoms can include loose or misaligned panels, rattling/vibration noises, or parts that won't stay secured
What's included: One screw. Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and shut off gas/water before service.
  • Match the screw to the original location and reuse existing holes/mounts.
  • Start threads by hand to avoid cross-threading; tighten snugly without overtightening.
  • Use the correct driver bit to prevent stripping the head.

Questions & Answers

For Whirlpool Screw (Part Number: OEM18025395)

Hi Kathy, normally you can just tighten the set screws on the handle. You would need an Allen wrench. If you do not have a set of Allen wrenches, they can be obtained at any retail store that sells tools. If you cannot get the screws to tighten up you may need a new handle 2304832SK. Hope this helps!

Ted for Model Number ghw9200lw

I ordered a new handle, got it, but need the screws. When I search I think I've found the part PS346071, but it only has one. When two are needed, why would you need to order them separately and why didn't they come with the handle to begin with and why don't they say "hey, you may need this to attach it". Is that the right part to attach the handle to the door? X's 2? Are there any other screws I could use? Something I could pickup at the hardware store?

Ted, the door handle screw is our part number WP3400805. This does come one per package as the manufacturer does not offer a screw kit for the handle and also does not offer the handle with the screw. We do not have any other listing of an available screw for your handle and are unaware of any local stores that may have this screw in their inventory. I do apologize for the inconvience and thank you for your inquiry.
