Hello Ben, There is a couple of things to check. First, you need to make sure the balance ring WP387240 hasn't lost its' fluid. You see, it is filled with a saline solution to balance an out of balance load. If the liquid has leaked out, it will hop across the floor empty. The next thing I would suspect is the skate plate WP3946509. The skate plate has pads that the load rides on. In many cases where the unit has been sitting out of level for a long time, the pads on the skate plate will wear unevenly and cause the unit to act out of balance.
