Susan August 24, 2011 for Model Number MZD2665HEW My cork screw deal in the ice maker keeps coming off and we have had it fixed before. I would like to replace the entire ice maker bucket and assembly. Does it come in one piece assembled? What exactly should I order so that all I have to do is stick it in the freezer?

Judi May 24, 2011 for Model Number MZD2665HEB Bought a new bucket because the old one had cracks on the tracks and did not seat tightly. The agitator would jam into the helix (white round plastic part) on the back and get jammed. Well, the new bucket sure is pretty - but it didn't stop the agitator from coming off the helix. Now what?
1 Answer Hello Judi! The auger/agitator 10114401 will hook into the helix WPD7749401. If it keeps coming apart there would more than likely be something wrong with another part of the assembly listed as item 19 in the diagram. The crushed agitator assembly is part number WP12740302.
