Ryan June 27, 2020 for Model Number JDB8200AWS0 At first, I wasn't able to push any buttons on the control panel. It wouldn't allow me. It's like they were dead. The green LED light is on and it beeps when you close the door. I reset the control panel by pushing three consecutive buttons, three times in a row. When I try a wash cycle, it'll make a sound like a pump turned on (I don't believe it got any water). It'll make a sound for a few minutes, then click, then turn off. When you tell it to drain, the same noise starts and it sounds like it's trying to drain. Then, it stops. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
1 Answer Ryan, If the unit is shutting down after just a few moments then this will likely be an issue with the main control board on the unit. Read More...

Leon June 28, 2016 for Model Number Kitchen Aid, mod # KUDS301XSS7 see# F23316018 Dishwasher stopped working, checked power, water, clogs, appears to be bad circuit board. Lights go on at start up but no water or other function. First is there anything else to check, can I assume a bad circuit board, how to test for that?
1 Answer Hello Leon. You need to test the door switches and if they are good, then the control panel WPW10500175 will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
