Mike September 27, 2011 for Model Number Kenmore 665.17033404 I had the previous question and based on the answer, ordered this part. However, the part does not have 2 leads as described, but rather a female adapter with one lead that seems to accept a male wire terminal male that will click into the lead on the part. After a lengthy and helpful conversation with Curtis, it seems that this part and the associated wiring harness have changed. Is there any way to use and connect this part with my current two wire set up in the dishwasher? Or would this require replacement of the wiring harness as well which seems like more than a do-it-yourself task? Thanks

Brian March 21, 2011 for Model Number 66516032403 My dispenser only opens on occasion now during the cycle. The gasket is really worn as I was suspicious maybe the door of the dispenser just was getting stuck on a worn out gasket or the latch somehow was not releasing from build up soap etc. The more I think about it and now see "electronics or plug" on the back of the dispenser, could it be that causing the issue? Just need replacing as not properly signaling to release? How does that work?

Bob February 22, 2011 Hello, I used your video to fix my washer last week. The video was helpful. Now I have a dishwasher (Whirlpool Model # DU1055XTSQ3) problem. Someone pushed too hard on the soap dispenser lid and the plunger popped out. The plunger shaft is broken and I think I need a new dispenser. I think the part # is AP4429311. Is this easy to replace?
