Hello Darrell, This is not hard to replace. Remove power from the unit and remove the door liner. You will then need to remove the six 3/16 inch head screws holding the retaining bracket in place to remove the dispenser. Remove the wires and it is off of the unit. Reverse this procedure to install the new one.

Debbie, With the unit dispensing too quickly then stopping all together then this issue will most likely be in the dispenser assembly itself. You will want to test to make sure that the dispenser is getting power. If it is when the unit calls for it to open then replace the dispenser. If there is not power then the control board would be the issue.

Beverly, To replace the dispenser assembly it will require a #15 torx screwdriver or bit. You remove the screws from the inner door and it allows access to the dispenser.
