Scott May 20, 2015 for Model Number 11068062801 (Kenmore Oasis Elite ST) Lint screen door has warped due to heat and there is a gap between it and the lint screen. This is causing things to get caught in it while drying. Very annoying! It is a kenmore oasis elite. Can this plastic panel be replaced? Thanks!
Al April 21, 2015 for Model Number GEW9200LW1 I recently purchased a lint filter, whirlpool part and before I installed it I took the original filter out and measured the felt width on the new lint filter which is 3/16 of an inch less in width than the original filter felt width. It seems to me that this would allow less lint to be captured thus adding more lint into the dryer vent increasing the chance for a vent fire and house fire.
