Gigi January 22, 2012 I have a Whirlpool Range that says "Super Capacity 465" on the front panel. All of the elements work but one prop (or support piece) that sits under one of the large 8" elements is missing. Can I order that replacement part only? It looks like a 1.5 metal circle cap that sits on a 3-pronged metal phalange combo with each plalange measuring 4" (if measured from the center of the circle.)

Michael September 12, 2011 Hi, I have an older Frigidaire stove that needs an eight-inch heating element for the front. I can't find the model number on the stove, however. All it says on the stove is "self-cleaning oven." It's a very basic model, probably from the 1970s. Thanks for any help you can offer.
1 Answer Michael, If the present 8 in. element is a removable two terminal "slip in element, this will probably work in your range. The most important issue is the element wattage, we won't know that without a model number. Good Luck and Thanks Read More...
