1 Answer Dean, The first thing to check is to make sure that the fans are running. If not then test to see if they are getting power. If not then the unit is most likely stuck in defrost which the timer would need to be replaced. If they are running then check to see if the compressor is running. 1 Answer Hello Dave, The part you are looking at is a water filter. The water valve is W10408179. Basically unplug the unit and turn off the water supply. Remove the mounting screws.
