Cris July 20, 2015 for Model Number roper gas stove/oven 30" width our pots and pans turn black from the orange flames when we use our older model gas stove. we live in hawaii so everything is propane. but someone told us that we need a conversion kit so we don't have high orange colored flames that leave soot on the bottom of our pots and pans. it's an older stove over 10 yrs old that was bought from the local Home Depot. is there a generic kit that we can purchase? thank you
