  • Positions and supports the burner head for stable operation
  • Helps maintain proper igniter alignment for consistent lighting
  • Common failure symptoms include delayed or no ignition, weak/uneven flame, or a burner head that won't sit securely
What's included:
  • 1 orifice holder assembly
Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and shut off gas supply; allow the appliance to cool before servicing
  • Remove grates, caps, and burner heads; lift/open the top to access the holder
  • Transfer the existing orifice spud, screws, gasket, and spark electrode as required by your model
  • After reassembly, restore gas and check connections with a soapy-water solution per safety best practices

Rich, In order to get the screw out that is stripped or broken, you can try to use a screw extraction tool to get it out and if it will still not come out then you would need to drill it out. This will be the only way to get the part off. The orifice holder for the Left front is part number WPW10128451.

Hello Frank, This sounds like the gas valve has failed. The correct gas valve is determined by the model number from the units' I.D. tag and which surface burner is giving the issue. For this reason, we will have to ask you to please verify the units' model number and let us know so we can look up the proper part. Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.
