Pamela September 17, 2015 for Model Number ATW4675YQ1 My washer keeps coming unlocked to where it won't continue filling with water, it won't agitate and it won't spin. When it unlocks if I push it to relock it then it continues doing whatever cycle it is in....until it unlocks again and I have to relock it again. I replaced the Lid Latch Assembly already but it didn't fix the problem so I thought it could maybe be the Start switch which is also the Lock? Or could it be the timer? Please help!! Thank You
1 Answer Pamela, The most likely cause for the unit to have the issue with the unit constantly unlocking and having already replaced the lock would be the control bad. The part number for the control board is W10484681. Read More...
