J Tim, If we understand you correctly, water is leaking from the "air gap" assembly TJ60421 at the top of the sink. If that's the case, this issue is usually due to an accumulation of debris, that has accumulated under the interior cap, or debris or "kink" between the air gap and the hose to the disposal or drain pipe. You should be able to remove the decorator cap, then unscrew or unclip the interior cap and remove the debris. You could also, take a large mouth glass or cup, place a wrag or towel under the glass, and drain the dishwasher, this will flush and remaining debris in the pump or hose out of the system.

Fred, Does the motor run in the drain cycle ? Have you tried disconnecting the drain hose from the disposal and drained the dishwasher , you may have a clog in the hose, if the motor runs. Good Luck and Thanks
