Bob, This wire harness on the igniter will be approximately 9" length including the connector.

Sue, To replace the igniter, unplug the range from the wall then you will open the oven door, there will be 2 screws on the floor of the oven that you will remove and then lift the floor out, lifting the rear first then sliding forward then out. Once the floor has been removed there will be a metal plate over the burner, remove the plate and this will give you access to the burner and the igniter. Remove the storage drawer and there will be a connector where the igniter plugs in, disconnect the igniter wiring. Using a phillips head screwdriver or 1/4" nut driver (depends on model) remove the screws holding the igniter in place. Once this is done then install the new igniter and reassemble in reverse.
