Bob March 19, 2017 for Model Number kerc507hwh3 Stove is stuck in sabbath mode and we've tried to reset but none of the buttons on control mode work. Stovetop works fine. hoping it's not control board since we can't find one anywhere.
1 Answer Bob, Here is how sabbath mode is entered and can disable the sabbath mode by repeating this process. To Activate: Before the Sabbath Mode can be regularly set, the oven must first be enabled with a one time only set up. 1. Open the oven door. 2. Press CANCEL OFF. 3. Press the number pads 7, 8, 9, 6, in this order. 4. Press START. “SAb On” will appear on the display. Press CANCEL OFF pad to clear the display. Read More...

Gary R. November 18, 2015 for Model Number KERC507HBS3 My Kitchen Aid oven does not heat. Everything else works. The control board lights up, the cook top heats, the convection fan turns on, but when I turn the over on, it does not heat. Could the thermal fuse be the problem? Thanks for the help.
1 Answer Hello Gary. It does not sound like the thermal fuse it sounds more like the board or the elements on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
