Rick November 11, 2012 for Model Number KGCT365EWH When turning the knobs to the ignite position to turn on the gas, nothing happens. To turn the stove on, we have to turn the knob to the ignite position and then light it with a match. How can this be fixed?
1 Answer Hello Rick, if you're having this trouble with all of the burners, I would be looking at the spark module WPW10110491. If it was just one burner, I might suspect a failed ignitor switch WP3190779. It's not likely all switches would fail at once. Hope this helps! Read More...
