George February 27, 2016 for Model Number MDB4651AWB1 I watched the video for replacing the door handle (W10130695), but I could not understand what screwdriver was needed to remove the inside door panel. It sounded like torque 220, but Google search did not help. Thanks.
1 Answer George, the screwdriver needed to remove the inner door liner mounting screws is a "TORX" T 20 driver or tip. The driver and/or interchangeable tips are usually available at the local hardware store, home improvement center, or auto parts supply stores. Thanks Read More...

Sabrina November 29, 2015 for Model Number MDBM601AWW Hello, I watched your video and my original part has metal on the wires, but not on the plastic handle part, but the video showed opposite. The video showed metal prongs on the replacement handle and only plastic wires. Help?
1 Answer Sabrina, There are post that are metal that stick out of the handle which hold the handle in place. The switches have plastic tabs that hold them in place and they have metal terminals that you connect the wires to. Read More...

Janine November 15, 2015 for Model Number MDBH955AWS Hi, I replaced the latch assembly but now the dishwasher starts and won't cycle. It fills with water and then all lights go out and it stops. Does it matter how I put back on the connections in the latch assembly? Black and white wires are on their respective side but I'm wondering if they're upside down. Thanks!
1 Answer Hello Janine. No, as long as they are on the right side, it should be fine. You will need to look for a wiring issue or maybe adjust the latch if it is not seated properly. Read More...
