George, the screwdriver needed to remove the inner door liner mounting screws is a "TORX" T 20 driver or tip. The driver and/or interchangeable tips are usually available at the local hardware store, home improvement center, or auto parts supply stores. Thanks

Sabrina, There are post that are metal that stick out of the handle which hold the handle in place. The switches have plastic tabs that hold them in place and they have metal terminals that you connect the wires to.

Hello Janine. No, as long as they are on the right side, it should be fine. You will need to look for a wiring issue or maybe adjust the latch if it is not seated properly.
