This electronic control board is the "brain" of the dishwasher, coordinating cycle timing and powering key components. Replacing a failed board can restore normal operation when the unit won't start, stops mid-cycle, or behaves erratically. What it does:

  • Manages cycle timing and sequences based on selected options
  • Distributes power to the circulation pump, drain pump, water inlet valve, heater, and dispenser
  • Monitors inputs from sensors and the door switch to advance/complete cycles
  • Faults can present as unresponsive controls, won't start/finish cycles, random resets, or error codes
What's included:
  • 1 electronic control board
Install notes:
  • Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing; shut off water supply if accessing the lower compartment
  • Use anti-static precautions; handle by the edges and avoid touching connector pins
  • Access location varies by model; photograph wiring and transfer one connector at a time
  • After installation, run the dishwasher's diagnostic/service cycle to verify operation

Deanna

We have a electronic Control panel and F1 keeps popping up periodically and the oven shuts off. This only happened every once in a while. I also noticed if anything on the controls was touched while cooking the temperature in the oven would not stay steady it would drop. Now this past week the oven gave the F1 code shut off then we unplugged plugged back in and F1 again.. repeated multiple times and the same thing. Does this mean its just the control panel or multiple issues? Please help!

Hello Deanna. The F1 error code is a board failure. The electronic control will need to be replaced. We would need your model number to provide part information.

Robert for Model Number Wirlpool WFG114SWQ0

I've replaced 3 of the control panels for this range in the last 2 years and I'm going on my 4th. Any ideas what could be contributing to the high failure rate? Right before the oven gets to the set temperature, it shows F2 and the alarm keeps beeping. We have to unplug it and then plug it back in. Sometime we unplug it a half dozen time before we can use the oven. Sometimes that wont even work. My wife is trying to find a new range with no electronic control panel because of this issue.

Hello Kenny. Shorted key for F2. 1. Verify failure, if not displayed. Go to the diagnostics screen and clear the error code by pressing the START key. 2. Unplug range or disconnect power longer than 30 seconds. 3. Plug in range or reconnect power. 4. Observe for longer than 1 minute. 5. If failure remains, go to Step 6. 6. Unplug range or disconnect power. 7. Replace control. 8. Replace all parts and panels before operating. 9. Plug in range or reconnect power. 10. Verify operation is normal. Go to Step 1 and complete checks.

Tom, No it doesn't mean the wiring harness was changed. It could be the terminal location on the control board were rearranged, The replacement part has been "substituted" by the manufacturer. Are you sure you orderred and recieved the correct part, We show WPW10335164 as the correct part for the model number you supplied.
