1 Answer Hello Lorn, Tilt the unit forward off of the rear legs and tap the leg that hangs lower with a wrench or something. This should cause them to even up and center so when it is set back down it will auto-level itself. They will not have to be perfect to center. Read More...

1 Answer Hello Ken, The ratcheting device that the rear leg is connected to is stuck. This is a common problem that is easily rectified. Simply tilt the unit up on its' front legs and tap on either of the rear legs. The legs will drop to the centered position. At this point, lower the unit straight back down onto the rear legs.
