Thea I December 17, 2015 for Model Number CGM2751KQ3 We are trying to repair this dryer but don't have the key to the service panel. The lock on the service panel (on the top of the machine) is punched out and inside the hole I can see something else. Can a repairman get access to the insides or do I need some tool to turn something? I am afraid to try to pry open the top without knowing the answer to this question.
