Jane June 08, 2022 for Model Number KRFC302ESS00 I have the new part( wpw10121977) drawer support. What kind of screws are used and how do I remove them from broken part? U-tube videos show older models and use 1/4 in bolt/nut drivers. I can't see how they can be used on this part because the screw hole is very small. What tool do I need for this?
1 Answer Jane, It appears that there are hooks on the back side of this part that hook onto the wall or onto studs on the wall. It would also appear that the rail screws go all the way through and screw into the wall for bottom support. Slide the rail out looking for the screws then remove them.
