Lisa A July 08, 2019 for Model Number JS48CSFXDA Fridge died and I replaced the power supply board. The lights in both fridge and freezer are on, however, neither compartment is cooling at all. Thought a fuse blew but just tested those and they're all fine. What's my next step? Thank you!
1 Answer Hello Lisa, usually, if the power supply board fails it is because there was a problem with the main control board WP67006853 and it overloaded the power supply board Read More...
1 Answer Dwayne, The control board will be located at the top of the unit under the top cover. Read More...
Carlos October 13, 2017 for Model Number JS48PPDBDA Loss of complete power on fridge. Checked breaker on panel, checked cord and outlet and all appears to be functioning properly. I am thinking it is the power supply board but not sure can you give me some troubleshooting ideas. Thank you!
1 Answer Hello Carlos. Test for power tot he main board. If there is power to it and nothing coming out, you will need to replace the main board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Jake Caldwell April 02, 2017 for Model Number EF48BDCBSS Dacor EF48BDCBSS The fridge is dead and has no power at all. I Did verify that the board has power running to it. Would part number WP67001360 (AP6010274) fix it?
1 Answer Jake, Yes if there is 120 vac to this board then the issue will be the board and will need to be replaced. Read More...
Phillip June 29, 2016 for Model Number JS48CSFXDA I have lost power to my jenn-air frig. No lights, no power. Had tech check power to plug and 120v was read. He checked the cord to fig and said all read correctly and suggested it was the control board. If I order a power supply board and that is not my problem am I able to return part for 100% reimbursement?
1 Answer Phillip, Yes, you can return the WP67001360 power supply board if it doesn't solve the problem. You will be responsible for the shipping charges, ONLY, so it won't be a 100% reimbursement. You may want to use a multi meter or test light and check for the low DCV at the J11 connector on the main control board. Pin1(blk/red) wire to pin 3 (blk/grn) wire should read 26 VDC, pin2 (blk/wht) wire to pin 3 ( blk/grn) wire should read 12VDC. If you have the voltage, you'll need the main control board. If you don't have the voltage then you need the power supply board. You'll know what you need in a matter of minutes. Good Luck Read More...
Paris December 23, 2012 for Model Number RJRS4270D Hello, I have a Jade refrigerator RJRS4270D and it has completely stopped working. I checked the power supply and the unit has power. I was told its either the power supply board AP4076255 and or the compressor board AP4008850. Anyway to determine one or the other or do I need both? I was looking at the diagram and they appear to be behind the panel directly in front when you remove the top cover, correct… Please let me know. Thanks,
1 Answer Hello Paris, Yes both boards are located behind the upper panel. If you have displays on your controls you can turn power off and close both doors. Then turn power back on. The unit may be in showroom mode. To test each board to find out if it is sening proper supply, check the power supply board red to white and you sould have 120vac. Then you would test BLK/Rd and to Blk/Grn and should have 26vdc and BLK/wht to blk/grn and have 12VDC. You could also check on main control to the JP11 connector for the same values. You can also check on the Compressor PCB to see if it is getting 120vac across red to white. Check JP10 connection on main board for 12 vdc between pins 1 and 2. If all voltage to the Compressor board are correct but compressor is not getting voltage then it is a bad compressor board. If the power is coming to the supply board but nothing out then the supply board is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Mario D. September 21, 2011 for Model Number EF48BNDBSS Why my dacor frezzer stop working. No lights, no compressor, only the inside main display a little blink. I all ready replaced power supply board and the main board display and nothing?
1 Answer Hi Mario. You will need 2 boards. The compressor controls is part # 12002799. The power supply is part # WP67001360. The compressor control board is what I reccommend to get the unit running. If you will need the power supply then at least you will have it there. The Display board is part # WP67006259. You said you have some display so replace the board as you need them 1 at a time is a best way. Ground your body static very 1-st. thing so you don't hurt the board. Thank you. Read More...
