  • Intermittent operation or no cooling may occur when the control system loses power

Phillip, Yes, you can return the WP67001360 power supply board if it doesn't solve the problem. You will be responsible for the shipping charges, ONLY, so it won't be a 100% reimbursement. You may want to use a multi meter or test light and check for the low DCV at the J11 connector on the main control board. Pin1(blk/red) wire to pin 3 (blk/grn) wire should read 26 VDC, pin2 (blk/wht) wire to pin 3 ( blk/grn) wire should read 12VDC. If you have the voltage, you'll need the main control board. If you don't have the voltage then you need the power supply board. You'll know what you need in a matter of minutes. Good Luck

Hello Paris, Yes both boards are located behind the upper panel. If you have displays on your controls you can turn power off and close both doors. Then turn power back on. The unit may be in showroom mode. To test each board to find out if it is sening proper supply, check the power supply board red to white and you sould have 120vac. Then you would test BLK/Rd and to Blk/Grn and should have 26vdc and BLK/wht to blk/grn and have 12VDC. You could also check on main control to the JP11 connector for the same values. You can also check on the Compressor PCB to see if it is getting 120vac across red to white. Check JP10 connection on main board for 12 vdc between pins 1 and 2. If all voltage to the Compressor board are correct but compressor is not getting voltage then it is a bad compressor board. If the power is coming to the supply board but nothing out then the supply board is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Hi Mario. You will need 2 boards. The compressor controls is part # 12002799. The power supply is part # WP67001360. The compressor control board is what I reccommend to get the unit running. If you will need the power supply then at least you will have it there. The Display board is part # WP67006259. You said you have some display so replace the board as you need them 1 at a time is a best way. Ground your body static very 1-st. thing so you don't hurt the board. Thank you.
