Jim January 17, 2016 for Model Number KUDS03CTSS3 The Water Manifold Probe seems to freely rotate in the Feed Tube Assembly. How does this keep the fin in a vertical position and should the long horizontal side of protruding the fin go toward the top of the machine or toward the bottom
1 Answer Hello Jim. The water manifold probe W10082831 tab will go vertical in the manifold. Look at the diagram drawing and you will see how it should go. It is number 9 in the diagram. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/upper-wash-rinse-parts-for-whirlpool-kuds03ctss3.html Read More...

Brandon February 22, 2014 for Model Number MDB7759AWS0 My dishwasher is not cleaning the top rack well anymore on Maytag MDB8859AWS0. It is leaving grime in bottom of glasses (middle spray arm) and on top (top spray arm) of glasses. I've made sure the water pressure coming into dishwasher is good and that there is no blockage at screen/filter entering dishwasher. I've taken the arm that runs up to 2nd and third spray arm out and ensured it was not blocked. Since it is impacting both the 1st and 2nd spray arms - I am assuming I should start with the sprayarm seal Part AP3081231 first? Also, I noticed the probe had come separated from spray arm tube (Part AP4357041) and I wonder if I should turn the probe where the 'fin' is parallel to floor (sideways) versus straight up and down - to direct more water into the midlevel spray arm? Thanks for your help.
1 Answer Hello Brandon, The most common cause of this complaint is the chopper assembly W10083957V has failed. Read More...
Steve May 15, 2012 for Model Number 66516483300 There's a blue seal on the upper wash arm manifold with 2 openings where the probe can connect to the tube in the upper or lower position. Is that blue seal a replaceable part? I cant find it but I'm not sure what it's called. One of the 2 holes stays open on my dishwasher and I think it probably effects performance.
Joe July 10, 2011 for Model Number quiet partner II Top arm doesnt spin and water doest come out of the top spinner? Is there a gasket or something that seals the arm at the manifold? Any help would be appreciated
1 Answer Hello Joe. Check and make sure the water level inside the dishwasher is at the proper level. It should reach the bottom of the heater inside the dishwasher. If not, you will need to replace the water valve WP8531669. If the water level is correct check and make sure the rubber gaskets are in place at the middle spray arm manifold. Hope this helps.
