Joe D. July 19, 2014 for Model Number LG LDE3035ST Hi, I just got a new range, the LG LDE3035ST. It's oven is larger inside than the Maytag Gemini it is replacing, despite both being 30" appliances. The Maytag had nice oven racks in the larger oven, which were great for certain cooking jobs, like basting my Thanksgiving turkey. I would like to get slide-out/roll-out extension racks if they are available for this model. Please let me know if there is an after-market option that would work with this model. Thanks, Joe
1 Answer Hello Joe! Unfortunately, we only have the original racks listed for your LG range supplied by the factory. Sorry about that! Read More...
1 Answer Sompon, Pull the oven rack out until it stops. Once it stops then lift it up and pull out to get under the stop and pull out of unit. Read More...

Joan January 22, 2013 for Model Number Kems308sss04 Are the glider oven racks okay to emerge in soapy water when cleaning?
1 Answer Hello Joan, This should be no issue but the manufacturer recommends to spray them with a vegetable based cooking oil spray to prevent the possibility of rusting after washing. You use a spray so you don't get too much in the cooking compartment which would cause smoking during the units' operation. Read More...
