I think this is the right part for ours, but Appliance Compatibility Tool says NO and still I can't find which is the right one for our model. Could you tell me which part I should purchase? Rae C October 15, 2014 for Model Number Maytag MTB1956BEA / Part AP4076937 How do I remove the plastic rail? I can't seem to budge the small "button" or "knob" on the rail that keeps the rail from sliding back and forth. Is there a trick to it? Thanks.
1 Answer Ray, If you cannot get the rail to push in by pushing on the button then you will want to try to get in between the shelf rail and the meat rail with a small flat blade just enough to get the button past the hole. Then slide the rail off. Read More...
Mark A January 04, 2014 for Model Number mtb2156ae Need to replace the inner (middle of the refrigerator) cheese/meat drawer plastic slide rail and screw and wheel (latter two missing). I don't know if this is considered the LEFT side (refrigerator's left), or the RIGHT (my right, looking into the refrigerator). Pictures are bad, at best, the rail I need is NOT the one with the recess for the ribbon that controls the air flow in the back (meat/cheese setting), guessing that is considered the right and the more expensive of the two parts, looking for some direction on this.
