Howard May 05, 2020 for Model Number KRFC300ESS00 The mullen frequently slips under the guide on the cabinet when closing the door so that it does not lock into place. Perhaps it's worn down over the years. Is there an adjustment that can be made or does it require replacement? If so which part number should I get - it's white.
1 Answer Howard, the mullion WP12722803W does have a little room for adjustment which can be done by removing the mounting screw and gently tapping up on the mullion. Jw January 14, 2020 for Model Number Rail-Mulin W11177238 I am not sure the Rail-Mulin needs to be replaced. It looks as if, somehow the top hinge has slipped off the screw that holds it to the door. I do not want to break anything trying to get the top hinge off the door and back over the screw that holds it to the door. Is there a diagram on how the Mulin or the top hinge can be taken off?

My flap doesn't fold against the door some times, and that causes a problem when the door is shut.
