Lindsay January 12, 2018 for Model Number RF378LXKB1 The door handle has come loose because a screw is missing holding it in place to the metal piece. So when you open the oven door on that side it pulls apart and then I have to struggle to get it back in place. What is the screw I need to order to replace it. It is an older model I am sure. It seems from the picture that 11 and 12 are the screws, but you don't show them as available. Please let me know what screws I should order. I have one but the other was lost after the handle broke.
