Seal tape restores a tight seal around appliance doors and panels to help prevent air or moisture leaks and improve temperature stability. Use it to replace worn or missing sealing strips that allow drafts, frost, or heat loss. What it does

  • Creates a flexible barrier to close small gaps and reduce airflow or moisture migration at door and panel seams.
  • Helps maintain correct internal temperatures and can reduce frost buildup or inefficient cooling/heating.
  • Replace when tape is cracked, compressed, detached, or visibly deteriorated.
  • Commonly used where a thin, form-fitting sealing strip is needed on appliance doors and access panels.
What's included
  • One seal tape.
Install notes
  • Clean and dry the mating surface before installing for best adhesion; remove old residue.
  • Cut to fit and press firmly along the length to seat the tape; trim excess as needed.
  • Disconnect power (unplug or switch off breaker) before starting.

Rich, there is a door frame W10115024 located in the inner portion of the door (between the inner panel 8172113 and outer door panel R9900256). The door frame is available for purchase however, it is a special order item. Is this the part you are needing? Thanks!
