This water level pressure switch senses tub water level through the air hose and signals the control when to stop filling at the selected setting. It helps prevent overfilling and ensures proper wash and rinse performance.

  • Monitors water level via internal diaphragm and air-tube pressure
  • Signals the control/timer to open or close the inlet valves at the chosen level
  • Allows the cycle to advance once the correct fill is reached
  • Common failure symptoms include overfilling, underfilling, continuous filling, or cycle stalling while waiting to fill
What's included: 1 water level pressure switch. Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and turn off water supply before servicing
  • Access the console; move wire connectors and the pressure hose to the new switch one at a time
  • Inspect the pressure hose for cracks, kinks, or leaks; seat it fully on the switch port
  • Run a quick fill test to ensure water stops at the selected level before reassembly

Hello Antino. If you can stop the water with the timer, then you will need to replace the water level switch WP21001554. Also, check the pressure hose WP21001748 and make sure it is not cut or broken. Hope this helps.

Hello Venus. Does the water quit running when the machine is turned off, or do you have to shut it off at the water lines? If it shuts off at the timer, then you either have a bad pressure switch or pressure hose. If you have to turn it off at the water lines, then you have a bad valve. As far as the spining goes, check the lid switch 12001187 and make sure it is working properly. Hope this helps.
