Now we are unable to replace the lid so that it seats properly and allows the lid to lift and lower when the drawer is opened and closed. Maytag Customer Service told me to call a repairman!
1 Answer Hi Cathy. We looked back as far into 04' complete history of reports @ all WPL. fridge models /information and found no reports @ this issue. This pantry lid has a Guide on each upper corner that will gently bend in as you insert it into the opposing track. Pantry lid part #W10827015. I know by personal experience it is not easy to do. You install one corner first and then go to the other corner guide and place it tin the track. It has a particular place on each rail side to slide into . This will work smoothly after installing it.
