Robert, You will want to test to see if the fill tube is frozen going into your icemaker. Also, check to see if there is power to the water valve when the icemaker is calling for water and if there is not then the issue will be a fautly icemaker. If there is then the valve would be faulty.

Joe, A model number for the product you're working on is always helpful. The video attached to 2206123 will give you most of the information you're going to need to install the replacement fill valve. But, here are the basics, The water tubes are two different sizes, the 1/4" tube is for the ice maker and the 5/16" tube is for the water dispenser. The 1/4" water supply tube will attach to the threaded fitting on the isolation(single) solenoid. The tube to the interior water filter will attach to the outlet fitting on the bottom of the isolation valve solenoid. The return water tube from the filter assembly will attach/insert into the inlet fitting on the "dual" valve (with the green colored ring). The 5/16" water tube from the water tank will insert into the larger fitting on the outlet of the dual valve and the 1/4" water tube from the ice maker will insert into the smaller outlet opening of the dual valve(the one with the green ring). Make sure the ends of the water tubes are cut perpendicular to the tube, the nds are clean and have no burrs, debris or shavings remaining, and that you insert the tubes as far as possible into the fittings on the valve. Then open the water supply and check for operation and leaks.

Chet, You will want to check the drain of the unit to ensure that it is not clogged as this would be the cause for the leaking issue. If this checks ok then the issue will be a water valve issue.

Hello Bill, You should check the water pressure to the refrigerator. If it is over 120 PSI you may need to adjust the water pressure regulator to the home since this will affect all appliances in the home with a water inlet valve. Ideally, you should read have from 50 to 100 PSI.
