Van B. Campbell July 24, 2018 for Model Number Admiral Dryer Model # LNC7543A80 I'm needing a replacement blower wheel for my dryer. Mike October 24, 2017 for Model Number CDE6500W The blower wheel is cracked . The Motor/transmission makes quite a loud racket . I am assuming this is because the blower wheel is throwing the shaft out of balance? The shaft does turn freely & smoothly by hand . Want to know if I am correct before purchasing the new wheel . Thanks
1 Answer Hello Mike. If the blower wheel is cracked it will defiantly cause the unit to be noisy. You will need to replace the blower wheel on the unit. Thank you. Read More...
Joromajo October 24, 2016 for Model Number PYE2300AYW After finding that the blower wheel (squirrel cage)had split in half and then viewing your video I found the following: Mine only appears to have a cotter pin holding the wheel to the shaft. I have copied all the dimensions and will compare all measurements to mine on my next venture into the dryer. Thank you for your time and help.
