John C Shorewood , IL January 18, 2015 I have a newer samsung front load washer the door seal was leaking the wife says it was my fault Ordered a new seal. It was on back order and I thought "Oh no...I'll probably get the part in about a year or so." But happily I got the part sooner than they said it would take. I have ordered parts from this company before and I'm always surprised on how fast I receive them. I looked on U-Tube and found a video on the replacement procedure and 2 hours later...done and working better than ever. You know what they say..."Happy wife, happy life."
