Kept blowing the thermal fuse Bobby G. • Springfield , MO • November 07, 2016
I replaced both the cycling thermostat and the hi limit thermostat along with a new thermal fuse and it seems to have fixed the problem. I thought it might be one of the thermostats but they both had continuity so I decided one of them must be faulty in some way so I just replaced both of them.
I was very pleased with the prices and the quick shipping from Appliance Parts Pros. The parts were at my house in only a day and a half from when I ordered them.

Our Maytag gas dryer was not producing heat— specifically it was cycling off after initially lighting Timothy E. • Bellvue , CO • September 15, 2019
When I pulled out the dryer from the wall, I could see dust/lint had accumulated everywhere and the vent system was compromised. I vacuumed up the dust/lint accumulation outside and then inside the vent system. I then opened the lower cabinet to clean and check its condition. I removed the water steamer bottle and its sub-assembly and then the drum. After cleaning and inspecting components — both visually and with a multi-meter I determined the problem was the appliance doing what it was...
