I found the correct part on the website that I needed very easily and received it within two days with only regular shipping. The email I received letting me know that my parts were on the way also included a YouTube link that showed me exactly how to remove the broken part and install the new part. Sears no longer supported our refrigerator model, so I called Appliances Pros. I spoke with a young lady, she took the model number and description of the part we lost. It was actually 2 parts that screwed together, she alerted me to this fact. She guided me, on my computer, to the right parts.
